All our homes are built inside our climate-controlled, state-of-the-art factory. This offers our customer design flexibility, quicker project completion, and the possible reduction of cost overruns caused by poor weather, labour shortages, and site vandalism. It also allows our excess materials to be recycled, making your building project a significantly greener operation than that of a site builder.
Modular homes are built to various stages of completion at our factory, usually two or more large pieces (modules). They're then moved to the construction site for final assembly and finishing. Once completed, modular homes are typically indistinguishable from typical site built homes.
Manufactured homes are built and assembled within our factory. They typically leave our factory in a much more finished state than modular homes. Though many are placed on permanent foundations, this is not a requirement.
