Business Development Representative

This is not your ordinary sales job our Business Development Representative is the link between developers and dealers.  You spot opportunity and take action on behalf of Triple M Housing.  You are at the forefront of marketing our homes.

This position will train at our office in Lethbridge, AB with a transition to Penticton, BC within 6 months.
                        
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties includes but not limited to:
a)  Tracks new markets and emerging trends and opportunities for product placement.

b)  Proposes and develops new strategic partnerships.

c)  Attend to customer requirements, requests and product change requirements.

d)  Writes proposals and plans for future development opportunities

e)  Plan production schedules to meet customer activities and corporate goals.

f)  Support all departments to achieve their deliverables.

g) Submit reports, proposals, records and other required documents in a timely manner.

h) Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures and programs including Health and Safety, Quality and Human Resources practices.

 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
a) Business Administration degree with 3 – 5 years’ customer service experience in the housing industry

b) Working knowledge of effective sales techniques

c) Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel proficient

d) Ability to achieve through people with proven management skills
