Business Analyst

If so Triple M Housing has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team. The business analyst performs detailed requirements analysis, documents processes and interacts with end users in acceptance testing. This role is critical in explaining to non-technical users the concepts and requirements of the program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties includes but not limited to:
a) Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
b) Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
c) Attend meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
d) Perform requirements analysis
e) Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
f) Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross functional team members and management.
g) Gather critical information from meetings and produce useful reports.
h) Provide leadership, coaching training and guidance to end users.
i) Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
j) Perform user acceptance training.
k) Update, implement and maintain procedures.
l) Liaison between stakeholders and users.
m) Monitor deliverables ensuring timely completion of projects.
n) Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures and programs including Health and Safety, Quality and Human Resources practices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
a) Post-secondary education with IT or Computer Science focus
b) 2 - 3 years hands-on experience in programming, program development, optimization of programs.
c) Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office; Excel proficient with data base management experience and database optimization experience

Business Development Representative


Do you have a proven track record in sales?  Do you have a talent for building relationships quickly?  Does working on new projects exhilarate you?


This is not your ordinary sales job our Business Development Representative is the link between developers and dealers.  You spot opportunity and take action on behalf of Triple M Housing.  You are at the forefront of marketing our homes.

This position will train at our office in Lethbridge, AB with a transition to Penticton, BC within 6 months.
                        
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties includes but not limited to:
a)  Tracks new markets and emerging trends and opportunities for product placement.

b)  Proposes and develops new strategic partnerships.

c)  Attend to customer requirements, requests and product change requirements.

d)  Writes proposals and plans for future development opportunities

e)  Plan production schedules to meet customer activities and corporate goals.

f)  Support all departments to achieve their deliverables.

g) Submit reports, proposals, records and other required documents in a timely manner.

h) Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures and programs including Health and Safety, Quality and Human Resources practices.

 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
a) Business Administration degree with 3 – 5 years’ customer service experience in the housing industry

b) Working knowledge of effective sales techniques

c) Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel proficient

d) Ability to achieve through people with proven management skills
